Minimizer bras give you the appearance of a smaller bust by bringing the breast tissue closer to your body, reshaping the breast and reducing forward projection. Compared to a regular bra, a minimizer bra can reduce your chest measurement roughtly 1 to 2 inches and this also depends on the cup size you are wearing: the larger the breast, the bigger the minimizing effect can be. But notice that your breast tissue doesn't magically disappear and your actual breast volume is not reduced, your breasts are simply distributed more wider and closer to your body.
